Terms and Conditions for £250 Amazon voucher offer for 2012/2013 Bookings in Bristol
New customers
1. A limited number of customer who book a room for 2012/2013 at Cherry Court, Favell House, Nelson House or Phoenix Court in Bristol will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be entitled to a £250 Amazon Voucher.
2. A limited number of vouchers are available. The availability of vouchers varies by city, property and room type This voucher offer is available on a first come first served basis and the offer will be available until all the vouchers have been given away or until UNITE confirms the offer is no longer available.
3. New customers: to qualify for the offer customers who are not currently living with UNITE, and subject to vouchers being available, may apply by registering and booking a room for 2012/2013 and quoting the promotional code “AMAZON250”. New customers can book a room by calling UNITE’s National Contact Centre on 0800 783 4213, booking online at www.unite-students.com, or booking at a UNITE property.
4. When booking online the customer must enter the promotional code into the “Promo Code” section on the booking form. The promo code must be entered in uppercase with no spaces between words. Codes entered incorrectly or in lower case will be rejected. Any bookings made without this promo code will not be eligible for this offer.
5. Customers will only qualify for the voucher once their 2012/2013 booking status has been moved to complete and the initial 14 day cancellation period has passed. For a booking status to move to complete, the customer’s 2012/2013 tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms.
6. The customer’s voucher will be dispatched by post or email by UNITE up to 30 days after the customer’s booking has moved to complete and the 14 day initial cancellation period has passed.
7. If a booking is amended, the customer might lose the right to any voucher offer. Any amendments made to the booking after the offer ends will not be eligible for this voucher offer. To be eligible for the offer the customer’s 2012/2013 tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms.
8. UNITE reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.
