Terms and Conditions for A-Level Students Offer June 2010
- From 24 June 2010, all prospective first year students who have applied to attend university in Leeds, Bristol, Sheffield, Birmingham or London from September 2010 and who book a room at the properties listed below, will be eligible to be released from their tenancy agreement if, as a result of not achieving the required A level (or equivalent) results, they do not gain a place at their chosen university.
- This offer is only available at: Concept Place, Leeds, Devonshire Courtyard, Sheffield, Transom House, Bristol, Favell House, Bristol, The Heights, Londonderry House, Curzon Gateway, Birmingham and Wedgwood Court, London and only a limited number of rooms at each property are eligible for this offer.
- To qualify for the offer (and subject to offer rooms being available), applications must be made by registering and booking through UNITE’s Customer Contact Centre by calling 0800 783 4213 by 7pm on 18 August 2010 or online at www.unite-students.com, by midnight on 18 August 2010. The promotional code 1st YEAR OFFER must be quoted when registering through UNITE’s Customer Contact Centre or entered when registering online. Any bookings made without the promotional code will not be eligible for this offer.
- Customers who have already registered with UNITE but who have not booked a room are still eligible for the offer. Pre-registered customers should call the Customer Contact Centre and quote the promotional code before making a booking. A booking can then be made either through the Customer Contact Centre or online at www.unite-students.com by midnight on 18 August 2010.
- If a customer does not gain a place at their chosen university and wishes to be released from their tenancy agreement, they must provide UNITE with written confirmation from either the university or UCAS.
- Applications for release must be made by first calling UNITE’s Customer Contact Centre on 0800 783 4213. A written rejection letter from a university / UCAS should then be emailed, faxed or posted to the Customer Contact Centre.
- To be eligible, an application to be released from a tenancy agreement, complete with written rejection letter, must be received by UNITE’s Customer Contact Centre by no later than 7.00pm on 26 August 2010.
- All customers who do not apply to be released from their tenancy agreements by the dates and in accordance with the conditions set out above will be bound by the terms and conditions set out in their tenancy agreement.
