Big Yellow Storage Offer for Existing Customers (Rebookers) in London
1. The first 100 existing customers who rebook a room in one of our direct let London properties for the 2012/2013 academic year will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be entitled to free storage with the Big Yellow Self Company Ltd. (Big Yellow) for a period of 8 weeks.
2. This offer is available for customers who currently live in a UNITE direct let property in London on a tenancy that is shorter than 49 weeks in length in any of the following properties: Beaumont Court, Blithehale Court, Charles Morton Court, Emily Bowes Court, Great Suffolk Street, Kirby Street, Pacific Court, Quantum Court, Rahere Court, Somerset Court, Station Court, Wedgwood Court, or Woburn Place.
3. This offer is available on a first come first served basis and this offer will be available until all free storage has been given away or until 30 April 2012, whichever is the earlier.
4. To qualify for this offer current 2011/2012 customers must apply by booking a room for 2012/2013 and quoting the promotional code “BY2012”. Customers may book by calling 0207 831 2447 booking online at www.unite-students.com, or booking at a UNITE property. When booking online the customer must enter the promotional code into the “Promo Code” section on the booking form. The promotional code must be entered in uppercase with no spaces between words. Codes entered incorrectly or in lower case will be rejected. Any bookings made without this promo code will not be eligible for the offer.
5. Customers will only qualify for the offer once their 2012/2013 booking status has been moved to complete and the initial 14 day cancellation period has passed. For a booking status to move to complete, the customer’s 2012/2013 tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms.
6. Customers who become entitled to free storage will be entitled to 10sq ft. of storage space for a period of 8 weeks with the Big Yellow Storage Company Ltd. Customers wishing to upgrade this offer to a larger storage space may do so but will be liable for the additional storage costs.
7. Customers who become entitled to free storage must contact Big Yellow Storage Company to book their storage space before 30 April 2012. Customers can do this by calling the Big Yellow Storage Company on 0800 783 4949. Once booked, customers will receive a confirmation email, followed by a notification 8 weeks prior to the date of storage to confirm location and check-in arrangements.
8. This offer is for storage only and excludes packing materials, room padlock, insurance and security deposit. This offer is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is subject to availability. 9. Existing customers who are in arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their 2011/12 tenancies are not eligible for this offer.
10. Existing customers who book and who have paid a deposit payment pursuant to their 2011/2012 tenancy agreement agree that such a deposit will not be re-paid at the end of the existing tenancy agreement and that it will be rolled forward and taken as the deposit under their new tenancy agreement. To the extent any deductions have been made from your existing deposit (with the effect that less than £250 is held), the customer will be required to top-up the amount of the deposit held to £250.
11. If a booking is amended, the customer might lose the right to this offer. Any amendments made to the booking after the offer ends will not be eligible for this offer.
12. UNITE reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.
