Terms and conditions for London Rebooking 2010/11

Rebooking with UNITE for 2010/2011

From 1st February 2010, customers living in UNITE properties will be able to apply to rebook into certain UNITE properties for the academic year 2010/11 and will be eligible for a 5% discount on the 10/11 prices for the relevant property.

Customers living in UNITE properties which are subject to nominations only agreements for 10/11, namely Mary Brancker House, Bernard Myers House, Julian Markham Court, Ewen Henderson House and Quantum Court will be able to rebook into another UNITE London property.

The 5% discount applies to a limited number of rooms of the types and only at the properties set out below:

The offer is subject to availability and there is no guarantee that customers rebooking into the same property will be able to stay in their current room.

The 5% discount only applies to the price of the room and what is included in the tenancy agreement. The discount does not apply to additional services (such as car parking), that may be purchased separately to the room.

To qualify for the discount (and subject to discounted rooms being available), applications must be made online at www.unite-students.com by 26 March 2010, by completing the rebooking online application form Bookings can also be made by calling the contact centre on 0800 783 4213.

If a booking is amended, you might lose any discount. Any amended bookings made after 26 March 2010 will not be eligible for this discount offer.

UNITE reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.

UNITE reserves the right not to accept a booking from a current customer who is in arrears of more than £10.00 or otherwise in breach of their current tenancy agreement.
