About our fees (2012/13 Academic Year)

You’ll need to pay:

• Your weekly rent
• £250 refundable deposit (£500 for the following London properties: Great Suffolk Street, Canto Court, Kirby Street, Elizabeth Croll House, Woburn Place)
• £99 instalment charge if you take out the 8 or 10 month payment plan

And that’s it, unless you want to upgrade your Internet service or add on car parking (where available).

Included in your rent

Utilities - All utility bills are included in the price of your room (electricity, water and heating)

Internet - We provide Studentcom Internet in most properties, offering a 4MB speed as standard with the option to upgrade to 8MB or 16MB services for an additional cost. In most properties, the 2MB service is included in the price of the room. Some properties offer a wireless service; in these properties the option to upgrade is not available. Additional services, such as upgrading your internet or car parking(where available), will incur an additional cost.

What is an instalment?

Instead of paying your rent all in one go, you can split it up into instalments. If you split your payment up over 8 or 10 months, you will need to pay an instalment plan charge of £99 to cover our admin costs.  This is spread over the instalments and paid at the same time as your rent.

Changes to your instalment plan

After you've signed your tenancy, should you wish to make any changes to your instalment plan, you will incur a £50 admin fee, payable upfront.

Room Moves

After you've signed your tenancy, should you wish to move room (subject to a room being available), you will incur a £50 admin fee, payable upfront.

Credit card charge

Credit Card payments will incur a standard transaction charge.
