Play.com voucher terms and conditions

If you have received a play.com voucher from us as an incentive or part of a competition, the following terms and conditions apply to each voucher:

1. Unique Promotional Voucher Codes are subject to availability and a maximum of one can be redeemed per person.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged Unique Promotional Voucher Codes.
3. The Unique Promotional Voucher Code entitles the consumer to 1 FREE MP3 DOWNLOAD TRACK, which can be used on a Download purchase at Play.com.
4. The Voucher itself is worth a maximum of £0.70
5. The Unique Promotional Voucher Code is not valid against any product region other than downloads. It cannot be redeemed against a CD purchase.
6. To redeem your Unique Promotional Voucher Code you must enter it on the ‘Pay & Confirm’ screen during the Play.com ‘Checkout’ process. Click the ‘I have a promotional or discount voucher code’ button and enter your code when prompted.
7. To redeem your Unique Promotional Voucher Code you must be registered with Play.com and have a Play.com account.
8. All Unique Promotional Voucher Codes are single use only and will expire upon use.
9. The value of Unique Promotional Voucher Codes redeemed against orders that are later cancelled will not be refunded.
10. If the full value of the Unique Promotional Voucher Code is not redeemed no credit will be given.
11. Unique Promotional Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other or with any other play.com promotional offer.
12. Unique Promotional Voucher Codes are not valid for redemption against PlayTrade transactions.
13. Acceptance of your Unique Promotional Voucher Code is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. All Unique Promotional Voucher Codes must be redeemed by 00:00:00 on 26/05/2010.
15. Play.com reserves the right to refuse any Unique Promotional Voucher Code application or Unique Promotional Voucher Code redemption if there is any suspicion of fraud or malredemption.
