Terms and Conditions for Nottingham Internet Upgrade Offer April 2011

1. The first 150 customers who book at our Riverside Point property for the 2011/12 academic year will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be entitled to a free upgrade from the standard 2mb Freewire Internet service to the 16mb Freewire Internet service.

2. This offer is only available at Riverside Point in Nottingham. All room types / classifications at this property are eligible for this offer.

3. For rebookers (current customers) the upgrade will be available for the rest of this year (2010/11 tenancy), starting in May and all of next year (their 2011/12 tenancy), including the summer (if they stay with us).

4. For new customers: upgrade will be available for their 2011/12 tenancy.

5. There are 150 upgrades available. The offer is available on a first come first served basis and the offer will be available until all the upgrades have been given away or until UNITE confirms the offer is no longer available.

6. All eligible customers will be e-mailed a code prior to the start date of their tenancy, which will allow them to upgrade to the 16mb service. To ensure the upgrade is applied to their account, the e-mail will direct customers to the Freewire website where they should follow the upgrade process and enter the voucher code when prompted. The upgrade will then be applied and no further action is necessary.

7. Current customers: to qualify for the offer (and subject to offer rooms being available), current 2010/11 customers may apply by re-booking a room by calling UNITE’s Regional Contact Centre on 0121 359 4694. The promotional code UPGRADE must be quoted when booking. Any bookings made without the promotional code will not be eligible for this offer.

8. New customers: to qualify for the offer (and subject to offer rooms being available), new customers may apply by registering and booking a room online at www.unite-students.com or through UNITE’s Customer Contact Centre on 0800 121 7387. The promotional code UPGRADE must be quoted when registering through UNITE’s Customer Contact Centre or entered when registering online. Any bookings made without the promotional code will not be eligible for this offer.

9. Customers who have already registered with UNITE but who have not booked a room are still eligible for the offer. Pre-registered customers should call UNITE’s Customer Contact Centre and quote the promotional code UPGRADE. Bookings should then be made through the Regional Contact Centre on 0121 359 4694.

10. When entering the promotional code online it must be in uppercase ‘UPGRADE’. Codes entered incorrectly or in lower case will be rejected.

11. Customers who are in arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their 2010/11 tenancies are not eligible for this offer.

12. Customers will only qualify for the offer once their tenancy agreement for 2011/12 has been completed, signed and received by UNITE and customer’s status has been moved to complete within the time period to qualify for the upgrade.

13. Current customers who re-book at Riverside Point for 2011/12 but who subsequently cancel that booking will be charged the standard cost of any upgrade they receive from the date the upgrade was activated to the end of their 2010/11 tenancy or, if applicable, their summer letting.

14. UNITE reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.
