Car Parking
There will be an additional charge if you wish to book a parking space. However, availability of parking varies by property and where parking spaces exist at a property, there is no guarantee that spaces will be available. Some disabled spaces are free of charge - call us on 0800 783 4213 for more information.
All bills included
All utility bills are included in the price of your room. This includes electricity, water and heating bills.
Internet included
Our internet service, Studentcom, is available in the majority of our properties. In most cases, the 4Mb speed comes as standard with the option to upgrade to 8Mb or 16Mb services for an additional cost. Some properties may have another internet service available, which may not be included in the price of your accommodation. Please note that where internet connections are available, there is only one nominated provider per property.
In some properties, wireless internet (WiFi) is available in bedrooms and / or in the common room. Please see individual property pages for details of the internet service available. More information about the Studentcom internet service is here or visit www.studentcom.co.uk.
24 hour security
Safety is important to UNITE. In every city you’ll find a security team, ready to respond to any incident no matter how small. You’ll also find CCTV at every property, a 24 hour Emergency Control Centre that can be contacted either by calling 0845 111 0021 or through the call points at the property. We also have access control at every property which includes fob and card systems and bedroom door locks. And on top of all of that, we are continuously checking our properties to make sure that they comply with the top safety standards.
