Early Bird London Offer Terms and Conditions

From 7 December 2009, all customers living in UNITE properties in London will be able to apply to re-book into  Woodland Court, Pacific Court or Emily Bowes Court in London for the academic year 2010/11 and get a 10% discount on a classic ensuite room.

At each UNITE property where the discount is available, there is limited availability of discounted rooms and the discount only applies to classic ensuite rooms. The offer, therefore, is subject to availability. There is also no guarantee that customers will be able to stay in their current room, if re-booking into their current property.

The 10% discount only applies to the price of your room and what is included in the tenancy agreement. The discount is not available for additional services (such as car parking), that may be purchased separately to the room.

To qualify for the discount (and subject to discounted rooms being available), applications must be made online at www.unite-students.com by 31 January 2010, by completing the rebooking online application form. Bookings can also be made by calling the sales team on 0800 783 4213.

If a booking is amended, you might lose any discount. Any amendments made after 31 January 2010 will not be eligible for this discount offer.

UNITE reserves the right not to accept a booking from a current customer who is in arrears of more than £10.00 or otherwise in breach of their current tenancy agreement.
