Terms and Conditions for discounts on 2012/2013 Bookings
Existing customers
1. A limited number of existing customers who book a direct let room for 2012/2013 in selected properties in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Coventry, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham and Reading will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be entitled to a percentage discount on their 2012/2013 total rent payment.
2. From 14 November 2011 a limited number of existing customers who book a direct let room (whether or not it is their current room) in a UNITE property will be eligible for a price discount on their 2012/2013 tenancies. This discount is available on a first come first served basis and this offer will be available until all discounted rooms have been booked or until UNITE confirms the offer is no longer available (whichever is the earlier). Discount availability and amount vary by city, property and room type.
3. Discounts only apply to the price of the room and what is included in the tenancy agreement. This discount is not available for additional services (such as car parking), that may be purchased separately to the room.
4. Existing customers: to qualify for the offer (and subject to discounted rooms being available), current 2011/2012 customers may apply by booking a room for 2012/2013 and quoting the promotional code “SAVE2012”. Customers can book by calling UNITE’s National Contact Centre on 0800 783 4213, booking online at www.unite-students.com, or booking at a UNITE property. When booking online the customer must enter the promotional code into the “Promo Code” section on the booking form. The promo code must be entered in uppercase with no spaces between words. Codes entered incorrectly or in lower case will be rejected. Any bookings made without this promo code will not be eligible for this offer.
5. Existing customers who are in arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their 2011/12 tenancies are not eligible for this offer.
6. Existing customers who book and who have paid a deposit payment pursuant to their existing tenancy agreement agree that such a deposit will not be re-paid at the end of the existing tenancy agreement and that it will be rolled forward and taken as the deposit under their new tenancy agreement. To the extent any deductions have been made from your existing deposit (with the effect that less than £250 is held), the customer will be required to top-up the amount of the deposit held to £250.
7. If a booking is amended, the customer might lose the right to any discount. Any amendments made after the offer ends will not be eligible for this discount offer. To be eligible for the offer the customer’s 2012/2013 tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms.
8. UNITE reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.
