Rebooking with UNITE for 2010/2011
From 19 October 2009, all customers living in UNITE properties (apart from in Leeds and Leicester) will be able to apply to rebook into the same UNITE property for the academic year 2010/11, with the exception of customers living in those properties listed below¹.
Those eligible customers, with the exception of those living in London, Edinburgh and Leicester will be eligible for a 10% discount on 10/11 prices for their property
From 2 November 2009, (when all advertised properties will be open for sale to the general student public), all UNITE customers living in UNITE properties (including in Leeds) will be able to apply to rebook into any UNITE property for the academic year 10/11, with the exception of the properties listed below¹.
From 2 November 2009 all customers living in UNITE properties (including in Leeds) will be eligible for a 10% discount on prices for the academic year 10/11 at all UNITE properties with the exception of properties listed below¹ and properties in London, Edinburgh and Leicester.
At each UNITE property where the discount is available, there is limited availability of discounted rooms and the discount is not applied to all room types and classifications at every property. The offer, therefore, is subject to availability. There is also no guarantee that customers will be able to stay in their current room. .
The 10% discount only applies to the price of your room and what is included in the tenancy agreement. The discount is not available for additional services (such as car parking), that may be purchased separately to the room.
To qualify for the discount (and subject to discounted rooms being available), applications must be made online at www.unite-students.com by 18 December 2009, by completing the rebooking online application form, with the exception of properties in Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds, Huddersfield, Nottingham Bristol, Reading, Plymouth and Bath, where applications must be made by Jan 30 2010. Bookings can also be made by calling the contact centre on 0800 783 4213.
If a booking is amended, you might lose any discount. Any amendments made after 18 December 2009 will not be eligible for this discount offer. The same applies to any amendments made after 30 January 2010 in properties in Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds, Huddersfield, Nottingham Bristol, Reading, Plymouth and Bath.
UNITE reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.
UNITE reserves the right not to accept a booking from a current customer who is in arrears of more than £10.00 or otherwise in breach of their current tenancy agreement.
