Rebooking with UNITE for 2009/2010
From 13 October 2008, all customers living in UNITE properties will be able to apply to rebook into the same UNITE property for the academic year 09/10, with the exception of customers living in properties which have 100% third party Nominations agreements and those living in properties not open in 09/10
Those eligible customers, with the exception of those living in the Central London Studio Collection (Canto Court, Kirby Street and Woburn Place), will also will be eligible for a 10% discount on 09/10 prices for their property
From 27 October 2008, (when all advertised properties will be open for sale to the general student public) all UNITE customers living in UNITE properties will be able to apply to rebook into any UNITE property for the academic year 09/10, with the exception of properties which have 100% third party Nominations agreements and properties not open in 09/10
From 27 October 2008 all customers living in UNITE properties will be eligible for a 10% discount on prices for the academic year 09/10 at all UNITE properties, with the exception of properties which have 100% third party Nominations agreements; properties in the Central London Studio Collection (Canto Court, Kirby Street, Woburn Place and Vernon Square) and new properties in London (Newington Court, Ferry Lane, Bartholomew Road, 556 Holloway Road, Cambridge Heath Road and John Bell House)
At each UNITE property where the discount is available, there is limited availability of discounted rooms. The offer, therefore, is subject to availability. There is also no guarantee that customers will be able to stay in their current room.
The 10% discount only applies to the price of your room and what is included in the tenancy agreement. The discount is not available for additional services (such as car parking), that may be purchased separately to the room.
To qualify for the discount, (and subject to discounted rooms being available), applications must be made online at www.unite-students.com by Jan 14 2009, by completing the rebooking online application form.
If a booking is amended, you might lose any discount. Any amendments made after the 14 January 2009 will not be eligible for this discount offer.
UNITE reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.
UNITE reserves the right not to accept a booking from a current customer who is in arrears of more than £10.00 or otherwise in breach of their current tenancy agreement.
