At UNITE we are committed to making your stay with us as easy as possible and throughout the booking process will work with you to ensure you get the room that best suits your needs.

This includes accessible rooms and also, where possible, additions to rooms to cater for customer disabilities. We also want to make sure you have the right support during your stay with us.

We don’t make our accessible rooms available online because we want to talk to you to make sure you get the most suitable accommodation, that we cover any health and safety and legislative queries and that our on-site teams are aware of any requirements that may arise during your stay.
