Located just over the road from Tottenham Hale Retail Park and a supermarket, Emily Bowes Court has excellent transport links. The property is less than a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Hale over ground and under ground stations, which are on the Victoria Line and the main line to Liverpool Street. Highbury and Islington are 2 stops away, a stylish area with bars, clubs and restaurants.
London Metropolitan North Campus is only 12 minutes by tube and Oxford Circus is 15 minutes tube ride away (for The University of Westminster and Oxford Street shopping). The over ground train takes you to Stratford in 12 minutes, Liverpool Street in 13 minutes and you can be at Euston (for University College London and The London School of Pharmacy) on the underground in less than 15 minutes. Bus routes also serve the area well.

1. Refundable deposit - this is to reserve your room. If you cancel before you move in, we keep £250.00 of it. See our cancellation policy for full details. We keep the deposit while you live with us, and at the end of your tenancy, assuming the room and its belongings (including the shared kitchen and lounge areas) are in the same condition as when you moved in, and you've paid all your rent, you'll get it right back.
2. Instalment fee - this covers our admin costs if you want to split your payment up over 8 or 10 months.
3. Credit Card surcharge - if you pay by credit card, a 1.5% surcharge will be added.
