In-room Internet access, access to the gym, contents insurance and all your utility bills are included in the price.

Premium	The Forge offers premium ensuite rooms and studios, with a choice of external and internal views. Ensuite rooms have 3/4 size beds and have either a wet room bathroom or more floor space. Studios offer 3/4 size or double beds. Some studios have more floor space and / or a 2 seater sofa and some are suitable for double occupancy.
Classic	The property offers classic ensuite rooms and studios, which are either internal or external facing. Ensuite rooms have single beds and studios have 3/4 size beds.
Basic	There are no basic rooms offered at this property.

The Forge is centrally located, just 10 minutes walk from Sheffield Hallam Colleigate Campus, the city centre and the train station. The University of Sheffield is also within walking distance and buses run from a bus stop just 5 minutes walk away. How much

Find how much it costs to stay with us in 2010/11

1. Refundable deposit - this is to reserve your room. If you cancel before you move in, we keep £250.00 of it. See our cancellation policy for full details. We keep the deposit while you live with us, and at the end of your tenancy, assuming the room and its belongings (including the shared kitchen and lounge areas) are in the same condition as when you moved in, and you've paid all your rent, you'll get it right back.

2. Instalment fee - this covers our admin costs if you want to split your payment up over 8 or 10 months.

3. Credit Card surcharge - if you pay by credit card, a 1.5% surcharge will be added.
