Opened in 2009, Sky Plaza offers 34 floors of contemporary student living. The property has a laundry, common room, gym, bike storage, cash machine and onsite convenience store. 2mb Internet access, contents insurance and all utility bills are included in the price. Floors 1-18 offer 43 week tenancies and floors 19 and above offer 43 week tenancies in ensuite rooms and 51 week tenancies in studios and 1 bedroom flats.
Premium (Floors 19 upwards)
Floors 19 upwards offer a range of Premium ensuite rooms in 3, 4 and 5 bedroom flats, as well as studios and 1 bedroom flats. Premium rooms offer the height of luxury with contemporary furniture, laminate flooring, 2mb wireless Internet access and an air cooling system. All kitchens have washer / dryers, modern appliances and a stunning feature wall. Each flat has a flat screen TV in the kitchen and bedrooms, with Sky TV and TV licence included in the price. Premium rooms are accessed by a private entrance and have their own lifts and common room. Selected flats also offer double showers, American style fridge / freezers and mini bars.
Floors 1-18
Also designed to a new specification for 2009, floors 1 to 18 offer a range of ensuite rooms in 2-5 bedroom cluster flats as well as studios. All flats have modern corner sofas, stylish kitchens with a breakfast bar and beds are either double or ¾ size. All rooms have 2mb in-room Internet access.

Find how much it costs to stay with us in 2010/11
1. Refundable deposit - this is to reserve your room. If you cancel before you move in, we keep £250.00 of it. See our cancellation policy for full details. We keep the deposit while you live with us, and at the end of your tenancy, assuming the room and its belongings (including the shared kitchen and lounge areas) are in the same condition as when you moved in, and you've paid all your rent, you'll get it right back.
2. Instalment fee - this covers our admin costs if you want to split your payment up over 8 or 10 months.
3. Credit Card surcharge - if you pay by credit card, a 1.5% surcharge will be added.
