It is located on the banks of the river Kelvin and is right next to Glasgow University alongside attractions such as the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and the Hunterian Museum. With local transport links such as regular buses and the subway, access to the city centre is at your fingertips. A short walk away from Byres Road, you will never be far from the local amenities, pubs, clubs and restaurants.

is the second of our properties on the banks of the river Kelvin. This property has a distinctive design with a great sense of community spirit and is well positioned for the University of Glasgow; close to the social buzz of the very popular Ashton Lane.
Glasgow has fantastic transport links with the rest of the UK and Europe, making it an easily accessible destination whatever your chosen mode of transport. Glasgow’s Rail Station is right in the heart of the city and has frequent services from various other cities. Glasgow’s Buchanan bus station, also located in the heart of the city, has frequent services connecting Glasgow with the rest of the UK.
Glasgow has two international airports; Glasgow International Airport which is 8 miles west of the city centre, and Glasgow Prestwick Airport which is approximately 30 miles from the city centre. Glasgow has direct air links with airports all over the UK and the rest of Europe.
