We are UNITE, the UK’s leading developer and manager of purpose-built student accommodation, established in 1991. We are home to almost 40,000 students in over 120 properties across the UK, throughout 24 key university towns and cities.

Living with UNITE means you’ll benefit from no hidden costs because we wrap up the price of all your bills, internet access and contents insurance within the price of your room.

We’ve taken the best elements of student accommodation and created a new kind of living experience designed with you in mind. So, whether you’re looking for your own studio or a flat you can share with friends, we’ll offer you the best choice of location and room type.

So, to find out more about our range of properties, why not register with us? You can take a virtual tour, arrange a show flat viewing and book a room online or via our Contact Centre. You’ll also have access to your own personal home page, which allows you to service your account online once you booked with us.

Code of Standards

National Code of Standards for Larger Developments

Every one of our properties is signed up to the National Code of Standards for Larger Developments. It's a voluntary code and we signed up to it because we are committed to raising the standard, service and quality of student housing. We are so committted to smartening up student housing we actually were one of the founding members of the Code back in 2004.

The Code enjoys the support of lots of organisations including: the National Union of Students (NUS), Universities UK, The Accreditation Network UK (ANUK). The basic principles of the code are:

4Managers and tenants enjoy the benefit of good standards of housing management and practice.

4Misunderstandings and disputes are reduced.

4Where problems do occur they are promptly resolved.

You can find out more about the code at www.nationalcode.org
