Who we are

Student Accommodation from The Heart of Student Living

We’re the UK’s number one student accommodation and hospitality company. We provide more student housing than anyone else in the UK. In fact our student apartments are home to some 35,000 students.

WHAT WE DO

Student Accommodation- it's what we do! We're the largest provider of Student Accommodation in the UK. We built the homes that you’ll be living in and we manage them as well. We’ve been around for over 15 years and have lots of experience in creating student accommodation in which you can have a good time with your mates and enjoy studying in.

We’re not like your average university accommodation or halls of residence either: All our properties are in city locations so you can make the most of your study and social life.

More than just student accommodation, all our properties have friendly people on hand if anything needs a bit of attention – so if you forget your key one-day, someone will be able to help you out.

No more dodgy student homes and dodgy landlords! Experience student accommodation at the heart of student living.

Visit our group website on www.unite-group.co.uk for more detailed information about us.

CODE OF STANDARDS

Every one of our properties is signed up to the National Code of Standards for Larger Developments. It's a voluntary code and we signed up to it because we are committed to raising the standard, service and quality of student housing. We are so committted to smartening up student housing we actually were one of the founding members of the Code back in 2004.

The Code enjoys the support of lots of organisations including: the National Union of Students (NUS), Universities UK, The Accreditation Network UK (ANUK).

The basic principles of the code are:

  • Managers and tenants enjoy the benefit of good standards of housing management and practice.
  • Misunderstandings and disputes are reduced.
  • Where problems do occur they are promptly resolved.

  • You can find out more about the code at www.anuk.org.uk
