Terms and conditions for Sheffield 08/09 Offer – No rent to pay until October

1. Open to all UNITE tenants in Sheffield who hold a 08/09 Assured Shorthold 43 week Tenancy.

2. The 08/09 tenancy agreement must be completed and a full deposit held by UNITE.

3. The first installment or full payment (if paying the full amount upfront) will be due on 22nd October 2008.

4. UNITE reserves the right to remove this promotional offer at any time.

5. UNITE reserves the right not to accept a booking from a customer who is in arrears or otherwise in breach of a tenancy agreement with UNITE.
